Provider Service and Support Plan

Regal Recovery Care LLC, dba Helping Hands Community Health, maintains a current Provider Service and Support Plan describing our certified services, supports, populations served, service availability, referral relationships, and program responsibilities.

The plan is maintained in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 5122-26-09 and is available to persons served, families, significant others, referral partners, stakeholders, and members of the public.
